EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.
A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Not Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. pickgoods.us Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!

Refund and Exchanges

merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales

Exchanges: Customers are required to contact our customer services to request an exchange. This number should be retained for future references when contacting our customer services. However, all exchanges will be reviewed for permissibility.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund or exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
1: Color(s) of the merchandise are darker or lighter than displayed
2: Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
3: Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)
4: Merchandise does not fit (i.e. after processing of next half-size)
5 : Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer services support staff after receiving your contact. However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
